Submission Guidelines

Please provide the following information to the address at the bottom of this screen

• Name(s) of author(s) and artist(s) that contributed and/or created all material.
• Addresses of all author(s) and/or artist(s).
• Phone and Fax numbers for all author(s) and/or artist(s).
• Email addresses for all author(s) and/or artist(s).
• Your proposal, manuscript or book (hard copies only - no disks or digital submissions at this point in the process).
• History of the material (e.g., how the idea/concept for the material came about, how long have you worked on it, has it previously been published or have you previously attempted to publish it, etc).
• Biographical information about the author(s) and artist(s) and an explanation as to why they have the credentials to produce the material.
• A sample of the artwork or illustrations you expect to include in your book.
• Your anticipated market and why your book will be expected to sell in that market.

We reserve the right to refuse any submission that do not comply with these guidelines, any proposal, manuscript or book if not submitted in the proper format or if the contents of any of the above are deemed to be inappropriate for our core audience.

We will carefully review your proposal and will contact you via email directly upon our review, usually within 60 days. Tehre are no guarantees that a reading or review will result in a publishing agreement between HighPoint and the author or artist. This is simply a preliminary step that will provide us with sufficient information to decide whether your work is something we would be interested in publishing through HighPoint Publishing, Inc.

We will not return the materials submitted, unless accompanied by a self addressed envelope large enough in which to mail your return package, and with sufficient postage prepaid by you.
